Millennials are known as the Generation Y sector of the US and were born from 1980-2000. This is a very tech savvy group and respond almost predominately to social media and online marketing. There are more than 79 million of them which knocks out the Baby Boomers from before. Unfortunately, the Baby Boomers are dying off and Generation Y is quick to replace them. Understanding how those under the age of 34 interact online will surely make you far more successful online. Building a loyal customer base from these 79 million should be your main focus.
